Communications
The conference will consist of 3 plenary and 4 keynote conferences, approximately 35 oral communications and two poster sessions.
The selection of oral communications and posters will be carried out through peer review. The characteristics of each of the contribution modalities are detailed below:
Oral: the participant has 12 minutes to present the most relevant aspects of the research they are carrying out + 3 minutes for questions.
Poster: communications in paper format with the established dimensions, (A0: 841 mm wide x 1189 mm high). There will be specific sessions in which they will be defended..
Instructions for abstracts submission
THE LENGTH OF THE TEXT SHOULD BE ONE PAGE (two pages maximum) The abstract in Word or pdf format must be sent via email to the following address: abstract-setn2024@itq.upv.es.
Please indicate in the email: a) the type of presentation requested (oral or poster). b)The presenting author (underlined) and the corresponding author (asterisked) in the list of authors of the submitted communication must be indicated. c) include name and family name of all authors.
Please use the template to prepare your communication following the instructions detailed therein. Within the submission form, please specify the requested presentation type (oral or poster). Additionally, in the list of communication authors, indicate the designated contact person for notifications and the author who will deliver the presentation (underlined), if they differ.
The presenting author must complete his/her registration and corresponding payment before July 15, 2024.
The official language of the conference is English, but Spanish is also acceptable in the abstracts, oral presentations and posters.
Important: Please note that each registered person can present a maximum of 2 communications (1 oral + 1 poster or 2 posters).
